We bring a PS4 to your home in Chattogram, set it up, and pick it up when you're done. No deposit, no hassle. Here is exactly how it works.

What you get

A PS4 with controllers and every cable, delivered to your door and set up on your TV.
2 games of your choice with every booking, from our library of 20 games.
All you need at home is a TV with an HDMI port and a power outlet.
No security deposit. The console is cleaned and tested before every rental.
We come back to pick it up when your time ends.

Daytime bookings are at least 3 hours. Part hours are charged pro rata.
However long you play in the day, the day part never costs more than ৳400.
Delivery is ৳80. After a confirmed booking, delivery is free for the next 2 days.

We deliver between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM, every day.
Same-day bookings are picked up by 8:30 PM.
Keep it overnight and we pick it up the next day, from 8:00 AM until 8:30 PM at the latest. One night per booking.
Book at least 60 minutes ahead, and up to 14 days in advance. Times go in 30-minute steps.
Please be home at drop-off and pickup.

Pick the day, the delivery time and the pickup time. The price shows as you choose.
Choose your 2 games.
Enter your address and area. A Google Maps link helps our rider find you.
First booking only: a photo of your NID or Student ID and a clear photo of yourself. You can add it later.
Read and accept the rental rules.
Pay on SupportKori. Your booking is confirmed straight away.
We arrive, set everything up, and pick it up when your time is over.

We take payment online through SupportKori: bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card.
Write your booking reference (like PD-1C0DDE) in the payment message. That is how your payment finds your booking.
Pay the full amount, or at least ৳80 now and the rest in cash when the console arrives.
Your slot is held for 5 minutes while you pay. The booking is confirmed the moment the payment goes through, with no waiting.

We bring it clean and tested. If it doesn't work, we swap it or refund you.
If we can't come, you get a full refund.
No deposit. We do ask you to upload your NID or Student ID to your profile.
The console is ours. You're paying for the hours, not the machine.
Use it at your address. Not somewhere else.
Be home for drop-off and pickup. If nobody's there we take it back, and we can't refund that slot.
Return it on time. Someone's usually booked right after.
We check the console and controllers at pickup. Physical damage — water, drops, or opening it — you pay the actual repair cost. Anything that breaks on its own is on us.
Cancel more than 24 hours before your slot. After that we can't refund.
You have to be 16+ to book.

Cancel more than 24 hours before your slot: we refund everything except a ৳10 fee.
Within 24 hours of your slot, we can't refund.
If we can't come, you get a full refund. If the console doesn't work, we swap it or refund you.
Cancel from your dashboard on the website.
