Privacy policy

When you create an account we collect your name, phone number and email address. When you book we collect your delivery address and the details of the booking itself.

For payment we store the bKash transaction ID you enter. We do not see or store your bKash PIN, and we have no access to your bKash account.

You may optionally upload a photo of your NID. This is not required to book. If you upload one, it is used only to verify identity for high-value rentals and is not shared with anyone outside PlayDrop.

We use your details to deliver and collect the console, to confirm payments, to contact you about a booking, and to apply the 7-day free delivery window to your account.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

PlayDrop staff can see the information needed to run a booking. Our delivery rider sees only your name, address, phone number and which items to bring — nothing else.

Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed for our accounts. You can ask us to delete your account and personal details at any time, and we will do so except where we must keep a record of a completed transaction.

You can view and update your details from your account, remove an uploaded NID, or ask us to delete your account. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp and we will handle it.
